Linda Li-Dan Zhong, MD, PhD

Dr. Zhong obtained her Bachelor of Chinese Medicine and Master of Chinese Medicine at Shanghai University of TCM. She obtained her PhD degree at Li Ka Shing Faculty of Medicine, the University of Hong Kong. Her research focuses mainly on Chinese Medicine clinical trials and drug discovery for autoimmune diseases, gynaecology disorders and digestive diseases. Dr. Zhong served as clinical manager in the teaching and research centre affiliated to School of Chinese Medicine, the University of Hong Kong. After that, she joined the School of Chinese Medicine, Hong Kong Baptist University as a post-doctoral research fellow and research assistant professor. She is also a visiting professor of Integrative medicine centre, University of Toronto and visiting scholar in UCLA and Harvard Medical School. She serves as the Secretary of Hong Kong Association for Integration of Chinese-Western Medicine, and Council Member of digestive diseases committee of the world federation of Chinese medicine.
She has published more than 40 SCI papers in high impact factor journals (Total IF: 127.43) as well as edited eight academic books and acted as principle investigators or co-investigators of more than 20 clinical research projects.
